4 Days safari to nyerere national park

• Spot cool animals on a boat! As soon as you arrive, head to the park, have lunch, and then hop on a boat trip down the Rufiji River. Look for hippos, crocodiles, and birds! Dinner and a comfy stay at the lodge are included.
• Full day animal adventure! Day 2 is all about seeing incredible wildlife! Explore Nyerere National Park all day, looking for elephants, lions, giraffes, and many birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and relax at the lodge for dinner.
• Find hot springs and more animals! Day 3 starts with another animal search, but this time with a special twist – finding natural hot springs! Have lunch on your exploration and return to the lodge for dinner.
• Explore a local village (optional)! On Day 4, depending on your flight, you might visit a local village or a traditional Maasai home! Learn about their lives and chat with friendly people.

Day 1: Arrival and Boat Safari

 Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, we’ll take you straight to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous) where you’ll settle into your comfy lodge and refuel with a tasty lunch. The afternoon brings a splashy adventure! We’ll hop on a boat and cruise down the mighty Rufiji River, spotting crocodiles lazing on the banks, hippos taking a dip, and all sorts of amazing birds flying by. After this exciting exploration, we’ll head back to your lodge for a yummy dinner and a restful overnight stay. All your meals are included in Africa Safari Selous Camp, so you can just relax and get ready for an amazing time in Tanzania!

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive

After breakfast, you will venture into Nyerere National Park for a full day of game viewing. Encounter diverse wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park and continue exploring until late afternoon. Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight. All your meals are included in Africa Safari Selous Camp, so you can just relax and get ready for an amazing time in Tanzania!

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive With a Hotspring Visiting 

Early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge before heading out for another full day of game viewing attentionally on discovering the hot springs within Selous, you will witness the natural beauty and wildlife of this unique area. Enjoy a picnic lunch during your exploration. In the evening after an extensive game drive, you will drive back to your accommodation for a dinner and an overnight stay. All your meals are included in Africa Safari Selous Camp.

Day 4: Departure to Dar es Salaam 

This amazing 4-day adventure is packed with unforgettable experiences! After exploring the incredible wildlife of Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous), you’ll get a chance to deepen your Tanzanian adventure with a cultural experience. Depending on your flight time, we’ll have some time in the morning to visit a local village or a Maasai boma (traditional homestead). Here, you’ll get a glimpse into their everyday lives, learn about their customs, and maybe even chat with some friendly locals. Then, it’s time to head back to Dar es Salaam where we’ll drop you off, leaving you with incredible memories of Tanzania’s wilderness and culture.
