We’re thrilled to invite you to join Kilimanjaro groups for a fun, social, and budget-friendly way to climb Africa’s highest peak. Our group climbs bring together 4 to 12 like-minded adventurers, creating a shared experience that’s both exciting and supportive.
With set departure dates throughout the year, it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule. For an extra magical experience, some climbs are timed to coincide with the full moon, lighting up the mountain and adding a breathtaking dimension to your trek.
When you join Kilimanjaro groups, you’ll be guided by our experienced mountain crew; dedicated guides, porters, and cooks who will be by your side every step of the way to ensure your safety, comfort, and enjoyment.

Kilimanjaro Routes When you Join Kilimanjaro Groups
The Kilimanjaro climbing routes are distributed across three main sides of the mountain:

Western Side: Home to the Lemosho Route, known for its scenic beauty and excellent acclimatization profile. This side also hosts the Shira Route and Northern Circuit Route.

Southern Side: Includes the popular Machame and Umbwe Routes, both offering dramatic landscapes and challenging terrain.

Eastern Side: Features the Marangu Route, the only route with hut accommodation.

Northern Side: The Rongai Route begins here, offering a quieter, less-traveled path to the summit.
