We’ll greet you at the airport with a warm smile and drive you to your cozy hotel in Arusha. Take this time to rest and get excited about your upcoming adventure. Tomorrow, your safari journey begins!
Day 1: Tarangire National Park
We’ll drive you to Tarangire National Park (about 2 hours). Enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting large elephant herds and majestic baobab trees. Look out for lions and various bird species too. The day’s highlight: watching elephants against the backdrop of Tarangire’s unique landscape. Spend the night at a romantic lodge in the park.
Day 2: Full Day in Tarangire
Dedicate the whole day to exploring Tarangire. Start with a morning game drive to see animals at their most active. Enjoy a picnic lunch in a scenic spot. In the afternoon, continue your safari adventure. The day’s highlight: getting up close with Tarangire’s famous elephant families. Return to your lodge for a peaceful evening under the stars.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Travel to Lake Manyara (about 2 hours). Enjoy a game drive in this diverse park, known for its tree-climbing lions and flamingos. Have a special bush picnic surrounded by nature. The day’s highlight: spotting playful baboons and maybe even a lion lounging in a tree! Spend the night at a lodge overlooking Lake Manyara.
Day 4: Exploring Lake Manyara
Spend another day discovering Lake Manyara’s wonders. Go on morning and afternoon game drives to see more wildlife. Look for elephants near the lake and colorful birds in the forest. The day’s highlight: watching flamingos paint the lake pink. Enjoy a final night at your Lake Manyara lodge.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Drive to Ngorongoro Crater (3-4 hours). Descend into this natural wonder for an afternoon game drive. Look for the “Big Five”: lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards. Day 8: Serengeti and Departure
