Activities

Tarangire National Park

Smaller park with lots of elephants and birds. Great for wildlife watching (especially elephants) and birdwatching. Closer to Arusha (2-3 hr drive) than Serengeti.

Serengeti

The Serengeti is renowned for its vast landscapes, incredible wildlife migrations, and iconic animals like lions, elephants, and cheetahs.

Ngorongoro Crater

West of Arusha (3-4 hr drive). Unique volcanic crater with wildlife and Maasai people. World Heritage Site. Olduvai Gorge nearby.

Lake Manyara National Park

A relatively small park near Arusha (2-2.5 hour drive). Lake Manyara is known for its flocks of flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and other animals like elephants and zebras.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Tanzania!

Your adventure begins as soon as you land. We’ll be waiting to greet you at the airport with a warm smile. From there, we’ll drive you to your comfortable hotel in Arusha. Take this time to rest, relax, and get excited about the amazing safari ahead of you. We’ll make sure you’re all set for the big adventure that starts tomorrow.

Day 2: Elephant Day at Tarangire

After an early breakfast at your hotel, we’ll head out to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its large herds of elephants. We’ll spend the whole day here, driving around and watching animals. You’ll enjoy a tasty lunch in the park. As the day ends, we’ll take you to your cozy lodge where you can have dinner and a good night’s sleep.

Day 3: Serengeti Adventures Begin

We’ll start early with breakfast at your lodge before driving to the famous Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, we’ll go on our first Serengeti game drive. Keep your eyes open for lions, cheetahs, and many other animals. After an exciting day, you’ll have dinner and spend the night at a comfortable camp in the Serengeti.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti

Today is all about the Serengeti! We’ll start with an early morning game drive when animals are most active. After breakfast back at camp, we’ll spend the whole day exploring this amazing park. We’ll have a picnic lunch in the wild and keep looking for animals all afternoon. Another night in the Serengeti lets you fall asleep to the sounds of the wild.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Wonders

After breakfast, we’ll drive to the incredible Ngorongoro Crater. We’ll spend the whole day inside this natural wonder, looking for all kinds of animals, including the rare black rhino. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by wildlife. In the evening, we’ll drive to your lodge near Lake Manyara, where you can relax and think about all you’ve seen.

Day 6: Lake Manyara and Farewell

On your last safari day, we’ll visit Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast. Here, you might see famous tree-climbing lions and flocks of pink flamingos. After lunch in the park, we’ll drive back to Arusha. Depending on your plans, we’ll take you to the airport or to your hotel in Arusha. It’s time to say goodbye, but you’ll have amazing memories to take home!
